VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Renter is responsible for any and all damages to vehicle regardless of fault when insurance is declined. You are hereby advised to check with your insurance company and credit card agency prior to declining coverage. The renter agrees that any insurance provided in coverage to the operator of the vehicle will be primary. In the event of any claims arising from the operation of this vehicle, our insurance and/or the operator’s insurance shall be responsible for the payment of all personal injury and/or damage up to the limit of such insurance. In the event the vehicle is damaged to the extent that it cannot be immediately rented to others, renter agrees to pay the balance of the agreed upon rental period plus one week’s rental for loss of use. Renter further agrees to be responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage to others due to Renter’s negligence or intentional acts or omissions. Paradise Explorer Jeep Rentals henceforth will not be liable for such actions.
Only authorized and duly licensed drivers (25years and older) are permitted to operate this vehicle, otherwise LDW insurance is null and void should an unauthorized and/or unlicensed person operates this vehicle.
Renter is required to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas it was first rented otherwise there will be a fee. (see fee schedule)
The BVI has lots of lovely beaches that are visited by all. Sand MUST remain on beaches so that others can enjoy it as well. There will be a fee if vehicle is returned with excessive amounts of sand. (see fee schedule)
Do remember to keep windows and sunroof closed once vehicle is not in operation.
The LDW is null and void if vehicle is driven on beaches, unpaved or washed out roads.
If the vehicle is involved in an accident, the Renter and/or operator agrees to make a report immediately to the nearest police station and submit a copy of the police report to Paradise Explorer Jeep Rental. ALL ACCIDENTS MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE (284) 442 3320 OR (284) 546 0248.
This is a contract for rental only. Renter agrees that the vehicle is the property of Paradise Explorer Jeep Rentals and that the Renter has examined the vehicle and that it is in good condition and that it will be returned immediately if any item is not functioning properly. Renter agrees to promptly pay all charges which have accrued during the time of this rental, including but not limited to traffic tickets. If renter fails to return the vehicle at the agreed time and date or fail to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Renter agrees to pay all additional charges arising therefrom.
All vehicles are equipped with a spare tire and a jack. Removal of accessories is absolutely prohibited.
